China-Arab Economic and Cultural Union

The China-Arab Economic and Cultural Federation (ACC), founded in 2005, is the only association authorized by the League of Arab States in China. Its main duty station is the Shenzhen International Platform for Science and Technology Commerce and has branches in Guangzhou, Arab States, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Lebanon. 

The China-Arab Economic and Cultural Federation is a non-profit organization of the League of Arab States in southern China; Its mission is to promote interaction and exchanges between Chinese and Arab enterprises and to strengthen economic and commercial relations, thus promoting complementarity and exchanges between bilateral trade and investment. 

Content of services

1.Provide up-to-date economic and trade policies and relevant legal and regulatory advisory services to the governments of China and the Arab States. 

2.Plan and organize various forms of trade fairs\ Product fairs\ Market promotion fairs to assist enterprises in opening up international markets. 

3.To strengthen and promote contacts between the business community of the two countries and provide opportunities for the two sides to find the best ways of economic and trade cooperation. 

4.Safeguarding the lawful rights and interests of members, providing legal services for member enterprises to deal with various economic disputes and lawsuits at home and abroad. Including as a legal adviser. Participate in commercial negotiations, draft contracts, etc. 

5.Provide information on the exhibition and related services in Arab countries and China. 

6.Organize various business exchanges and promote exchanges and cooperation between China and other Middle East, Arab and African countries. 

7.Publish ACC magazine and magazine, make it a member voice, reflect member dynamic, provide useful information, promote and propagate for member enterprise.

Admission conditions

1.Support the charter of this Council and provide relevant legal and valid supporting documents.

Membership procedure

1.Invite, recommend and apply three ways to join the meeting. 

2.Applicants fill in the ACC membership application form and submit it. 

3.The ACC secretariat shall submit to the Vice-President for examination and approval. 

4.Notification and membership card issued by the ACC secretariat.

Articles of Association of China-Arab Economic and Cultural Associations

General rules

Article 1 Arab China Commercial Associated & Cultural Exchange Council (acronym: ACC). 

Article 2 The Economic and Cultural Union of China, established in 2005, is the only association organization authorized by the League of Arab States in China. The main duty station is the Shenzhen International Platform for Science and Technology Business and has branches in Guangzhou, Arab States, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Lebanon. 

Article 3 The purpose of the Federation is to promote social and economic development in accordance with the laws, regulations and policies of the People's Republic of China and in accordance with international rules and practices, serve member enterprises, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members, promote fair trade and investment, and promote broad exchanges and cooperation among members and other relevant fields. 

Article 4 The address of this association is set up in Room 201, Student Venture Building, South District, High-tech Park, Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. 

Chapter II Duties

Article 5 The duties of the Federation are:

(一)Provide information on domestic trade and investment opportunities to other country entrepreneurs. 

(二)Encourage and support the establishment of joint ventures with economic interests in the various investment areas of the two countries. 

(三)Committed to providing entrepreneurs and other interested government departments with macroeconomic information such as investment channels, investment regulations, services and preferential policies. 

(四)To study and explore ways to develop cooperation between the two countries in the fields of production, investment, trade and tourism. 

(五)Coordinate with relevant government departments to conduct effective research and settlement of problems and disputes between the two sides in the fields of investment, trade, tourism and industry. 

(六)Emphasis is placed on the implementation of training programmes, the exchange of technology and the protection of intellectual property rights, thus helping both countries to raise productivity levels and meet market needs. 

 (VII) Encouraging export and trade in services through enhanced linkages, information exchange, exhibitions and the establishment of long-term and short-term trade centres. 

(八)To strengthen and promote contacts between the business community of the two countries and provide opportunities for the two sides to find the best ways for economic and trade cooperation. 

Membership

Article 7  Member of Sino-Arab Economic and Cultural Federation Secondary Enterprise Member\ Group Member\ Individual Member.

Basic conditions of membership: Support the charter of this association; With the will to join the Conference; In the same industry has certain influence and good reputation. 

 (I) Enterprises, groups and individuals engaged in tourism, culture, trade, manufacturing, transportation, medicine, engineering and investment related to Arab countries;

(二) (B) Enterprises and individuals interested in Arab markets and interested in putting their products into Arab and neighbouring countries or seeking to invest in development in the region;

(三)Any Arab enterprise that has long been engaged in trade and other trades in Shenzhen\ Guangzhou and other parts of South China\ Groups and Individuals; Upon application and approval, it is possible to become a member of the China-Arab Economic and Cultural Federation. 

Article 8 Members enjoy the following rights:

(一)The right to vote, to vote and to be elected;

(二)To make recommendations and monitor the work of the Sino-Arab Economic and Cultural Union;

(三) (B) Participation in related activities of the Central Arab Economic and Cultural Union;

(四)We will give priority to our services and requests for assistance.

(五)Voluntary admission and free withdrawal;

(六)Other rights refer to the member's manual. 

Article 9 Members have the following obligations:

(一)Compliance with the statutes of the Central Arab Economic and Cultural Union;

(二)Implement the resolutions of the Council and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Council;

(三)To support and undertake the work entrusted to it;

(四) (B) Reflect the situation and provide relevant information to the Conference;

(五)Payment of contributions in accordance with the standard on time;

(六)Other obligations are referred to the Member's Handbook. 

Article 10 Any of the following circumstances may be declared terminating membership of a member after a study and decision by the Federation, and shall be published:

(一)Severe penalties for serious violations of the relevant legal provisions of the State;

(二)The enterprise is closed or bankrupt, and the group\ institution is revoked\ banned or dissolved;

(三)The member's behavior violates the relevant provisions of the articles of association and causes serious damage to the reputation and interests of the association. 

(四)Termination of membership is subject to return of membership certificate to the secretariat. 

Article 11 Admission procedures:

(一)Submit application form for membership;

(二)Submit copies of business licenses and the text and pictures of the current situation, scale and products of the enterprise.

(三)After inspection and approval by the secretariat of the Conference, the Vice-President shall be submitted to the Vice-President for examination and approval.

(四)Notification and membership certificate will be issued by the secretariat of the Council. 

Article 12 Members will be free to retire. Written notice should be given when they retire, and a membership card should be returned. If a member fails to pay a fee for a year or to participate in the activities of the group, he or she shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the club automatically. 


Financial

Article 13 Sources of funding for the Conference:

(一)Contributions paid by members;

(二)Member enterprises, domestic and foreign groups, individual donations and grants;

(三)Government funding;

(四)Reimbursable income from activities carried out within the approved operational framework;

(五)Other legal income. 

Contributions are mainly used for membership activities. 

Article 14 The salary insurance and welfare benefits of our full-time staff shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State. 

Article 15 When a member retires or is disqualified from membership, he / she shall not be required to return his / her paid contributions or any property he / she / he / she / he / she / he / she / he / she / he / she / he / she / he / she / he / he / she / he / he / he / he / he / he / he / he / he / he / he / he / he / he / he / he / he / he / he / 

Article 16 The Board establishes a strict financial management system with qualified accountants, reports the audit results to the Federation and the General Assembly on a regular basis, and is supervised by the Financial Services Department. 

Subsidiary regulation

Article 17 Depending on business needs, branches or representative offices may be established in other places than Shenzhen, South China. 

Article 18 The honorary title of the President of the China-Arab Economic and Cultural Federation may be awarded, as required, to units and individuals that have made an important contribution to the Central Arab Economic and Cultural Federation, and certificates and medals shall be issued by the President of the Federation. 

Article 19 Matters not covered by this Constitution shall be handled in accordance with the registration regulations of other public organizations. The internal rules of this Council established in accordance with this Constitution shall be equally binding on this Constitution. 

Article 20 These Articles of Association shall enter into force after they have been reported to the relevant government departments for approval and registration. Interpretive power is vested in the Economic and Cultural Union of China and Arab States.
